Shipping policy

Processing time

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). If a product page shows a different dispatch time, that time applies to that item.

Carriers and delivery time

We ship with USPS or UPS. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Orders with multiple items

We aim to ship all items in an order together. If an item has a longer dispatch time, we may ship the rest of your order first and let you know.

Local pickup (Queens, NY)

Local pickup is available free of charge. Choose Local pickup at checkout, and your order will be ready within 24 hours. Once you receive your "ready for pickup" email, text 646-696-5261 with your order number to arrange a pickup time. Please bring your order number when you collect.

Delays

If your order will ship later than the times above, we will email you with an updated shipping date. If a carrier delay affects your package after it ships, you can follow it with the tracking link in your shipping email, or contact us and we will help you track it down.
