Return policy summary

  • Return requests accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Sale items can be returned under the same terms as full-price items
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returns that are not due to a damaged, defective or incorrect item
  • Gift cards and custom or personalized items cannot be returned

Eligibility

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at nawafnewyork@gmail.com or text 646-696-5261 with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. Once we approve your request, ship the item(s) to:

  3. Please use a trackable shipping service. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Refunds

We will let you know once your return has arrived and been inspected. Approved refunds, minus the 15% restocking fee where it applies, are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and, at your choice, send a replacement or issue a full refund with no restocking fee. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom, personalized or specially stitched items
  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered, or are missing tags
